When sending payment please include the dates and times you have signed up for in the body of the message, along with your child’s name and age. We will release booked spots if we have not received payment. Click on date below to see availability and to reserve your spot!

Policies & Procedures
Once we receive your completed paperwork, we will send you the link to our booking calendar where you will be able to see availability of current month and book your child as needed. Payment is due at time of reservation and can be made via Venmo using our handle @SpotReserveTHKC.
Payment for spot reservation is $50 per session. When sending payment via Venmo to reserve your spot, please include the following information in the body of the Venmo message:
- Childs Full Name
- Child’s age (for activity planning purposes)
- Dates of session(s) being reserved.
- Type of session: Morning, Afternoon, Date Night
Once payment is received on our end, we will send you a confirmation text/email.
You may sign your child up for as few or as many available days as you would like.
** Please note: Once we receive payment, we do not offer refunds for any reason unless we must close for the day on our end. Refunds are not offered if we send your child home sick, so please don’t send your child unless they are well **
If your child is sick, we will give you a courtesy credit to use within 2 weeks.
You can reschedule your appointment anytime before the week of scheduled session for no charge, but rescheduling within the week of scheduled session will result in a $10 change fee.
Dropping off and picking up.
When dropping off, pull into the front drive and press 1467 on the drive-up call box and we will buzz you in.
Drop off Weekdays:
We will be in the entrance hall of our building at 8:55 to 9:05 & 12:55-1:05
You can pull up and drop off your with us during these times.
At 9:00 & 1:00 one of us will bring children that have arrived up and the other will wait for the rest to arrive
After 9:05 or 1:05 you will need to park in space #33 and walk your child up to The Treehouse. unit 467.
There is not a gate call box at the gated entrance on Nebo Street. So if you park on Nebo Street, go to the middle door and dial #1467 on the call box and we will buzz you in at 9:00 or after.
Pick Up Weekdays:
For pick up, we will bring the children to the drop-off spot and wait for pick up. Any child that has not been picked up by 12:05pm for the morning session, or 4:05pm for the afternoon session will come back up to the “Treehouse” with us. You will need to park and come up to get your child, and you will be charged a fee.
There will be a $15 late fee starting from 5 minutes after the hour until 15 minutes after the hour. For each 15 minutes after that (or any part of) we will charge an additional $15
Note: We really hate charging late fees but, for our business to run smoothly, we must. No exceptions so please be respectful of our time. If you are running late, please call or text us to let us know. 619-750-3217
It is important to secure a backup person for pick up, this person must be listed as an approved pick-up person on submitted paperwork. We will not let your child leave with someone who is not listed on our paperwork, no matter whether or not the child knows them well. This is state law and is for the protection of your children.
Late fee’s must be paid before you can reserve future spots.
We reserve the right to exclude future reservations based on excessive late pickups.
Please send your child to the Treehouse with the following:
- A water bottle with their name on it.
- Diapers if needed in a gallon size Ziplock bag with their name.
- *We supply skin sensitive wipes but feel free to send your own if you prefer a brand.
- A change of clothing if your child is potty training or may have an accident. Send in a gallon Ziplock bag with their name.
- A snack if you prefer to provide your own, marked clearly with their name.
- Before arriving, please dress your child in play clothes as they may get messy.
- Send them with a full belly as we provide a snack, but not a meal.
- Apply sunscreen at home. With skin sensitivities and the many brands of sunscreen, we cannot apply it here.
